CHEMERGY: Chemistry and Science Club in Synergy

The Philippine Society of Youth Science Clubs (PSYSC) announces the holding of the 2011 National Science Club Month (NSCM) Celebration for science clubs in all elementary and secondary schools nationwide pursuant to Presidential No. 264, which declares September of every year as the National Science Club Month (NSCM). This year's theme is "CHEMERGY: Chemistry and Science Clubbing in Synergy". The theme means the power of cooperation of chemistry and science in working together to produce a result not obtainable by chemistry alone or by science alone. They need each other in order to produce a certain kind of result. Thus without the other one, the desired result cannot be achieve.

"My Superhero"

                             All of us have our own heroes in life. Hero, have stepped up to the challenges of leading a nation to independence, guiding a nation through turmoil, putting their lives on the line everyday to protect and secured the safety of others by their bravery and determination. Have set their mark in their society and the people's hearts around them as well. A hero is man/woman that is admired for achievements and qualities.

                              But for me, i have my own definition of my hero. HERO. If were talking about this, it's not all about a hero that has a power. It can be a ordinary person like my hero in life(My MOM). A person who can protect me in many things and help me to solve my problems. A hero is a person who can sacrifice all things for me. A person who can make me a real son and a person who can be my inspiration in my daily life. A person whom always there besides me and comfort me in times of trial and suffering. It's all define my lovable MOM.

"Isulong ang Breast-Feeding,Tama,Sapat,at Eksklusibo"

            "Isuolong ang breastfeeding,tama,sapat at eksklusibo",theme of the last Nutrition Month Celebration 2011.We all know that breastfeeding can give healthy body to babies.
             Breastfeeding helps very much for the convinience of mothers who have their babies.Through breastfeeding,those mothers will not be wasting their time in preparing processed or bottled milk for their babies.They will not also be spending money for those expensive processed milk.They can save money for more important things.Breastfeeding can also prevent breast cancer,which is common to women.In breastfeeding,mothers can avoid those milk which are cotaminated that can harm to the healyh of their babies.Breastfeeding alone,can give healthy body to a baby.It is maybe because,what a mother eat will also absorbed by the baby.Others also saying that breastmilk can cure sore eyes.Maybe it is true,who knows?Breast milk is really helpful and useful to the mothers and babies.Maybe not only them san be benefited by breastfeeding,it can be you,me and even all of us.
               Breastfeeding has it's advantages,but as others said,in every advantages there will always be disadvantages.For me,the only disadvantages of breastfeeding is that,mothers or maybe some will be ashamed to give breastfeeding to their babies when they are in public places.In that case only,they will rather choose to prepare processed milk than breastfeeding.
                Mothers should still choose to give their babies breastfeeding if they want to assure the good health  of their babies.It's better that a mother will give the own good health of her baby.Don't be confident that processed milk will always be nutritious.In breastfeeding,mothers can be sure of the good health of their babies and they can save both money and time.Breastfeeding must be given as early as possible and can be start giving food supplement.

A Simple Letter to the President of the Philippines

Dear Mr, President,
              Before anything else, I would like to greet you a nice day Sir. I'm so glad that I have given a chance to make a letter for you. I should grab this opportunity because I want to thank you for all the hardworkship you have given to us. Being a President of the Philippines, I hope that you can help us to improve our lifestyle and country. I think that WE can do that,together with the Filipinos people like us. I know that were facing a lot of problems like over population,financial problems and the progress of our country.
