My Dream, My Future..

First, I want to be a respected person. I know many people want to be a famous person because they think maybe many people will adore and respected them, but in my opinion, I want to be an ordinary..
Maybe you will think my dream is so nice that maybe it will be not come true....but I want to try my best to come true my dream. I hope my life in the future will be successful. I know everyone has own dream, so I hope your dream also comes true

CHANGE: It Starts with me

This is where this discussion comes full circle.  Change begins with me.  I am not going to rely on someone else to provide me with development opportunities as an educational professional.  I am going to find others, through my professional learning network, who will challenge my way of thinking, offer advice and suggestions, and share their ideas about what works in our schools and classrooms.  If you are serious about your profession, I would encourage you to do the same.
Being brutally honest about our practices and committment level can cause some discomfort.  In fact, I have spent a good part of the last several months scrambling to feel like anything is working, and believe me, I have been pushed and challenged on many issues.  But, I also know that meaningful change begins with me…and with you.  For things to change for the better, we must change.

Kannawidan

The province of Ilocos Sur has recently celebrated its Kannawidan Ylocos Festival. This year marks the province’s 193rd year based on the Royal Decree dated February 2, 1818 separating Ilocos Sur from Ilocos Norte. Prior to this date, the stretch of Bangui in Ilocos Norte down to Luna La Union is called Ylocos which is a term to refer to the coastal inhabitants. It literally meant “from the lowlands”.
The City of Vigan's tourist potential is based on its cultural heritage composed of more than 180 ancestral houses, administrative and religious structures, public squares and other historical landmarks within the poblacion, and built during the 18th and 19th centuries. Being the only surviving colonial town in the entire Philippines, Vigan is being developed as a primary tourist destination in Region I.

New year, New Me

"Happy New Year!" That greeting will be said and heard for at least the first couple of weeks as a new year gets under way. But the day celebrated as New Year's Day in modern America was not always January 1..
We celebrate New Year on the 31st of December. It is great holiday. We buy new clothes and new things. We put New Year tree in one corner of our house. Parents buy presents to us. We lay the tablecloth and put many tasty things on it. Such as different salads, cake fruits and prepares several foods. And person from my family wear costume of Father Frost and one wear the costume ice princess. We switch off light and shout Father Frost three times just for fun. We sing songs, play games, dance and have a lot of fun. If it snows we make snowman and put carrot on his nose or play snowballs. But usually the weather is warm and no snow. Then we watch fireworks outside and hear many loud sounds. The sound of crackers all are New Year spirit. In conclusion I want to say that we have good New Year with our family.
New year Day is a special day for our people. Markets and shops are crowded with people. Everyone is  making shopping buying tasty things and presents. We decorate our house with decoration, and new year tree. We make our dastarhan and put all things on it. We send post cards to friends and give presents to close people. In our town you can see New Year tree. And all families go in the evening and take photos there. There you can hear sounds of salutes and crackers. Some crackers are so dangerous. And to use propellant explosion in the streets is canceled because it scare people and not safe.
For me New Year is wonderful day. I spent it with my family. We cook and make many tasty things and eat it till the next day January 1st. And in New Year women watch TV because many good New Year programs and concerts are shown. And children and fathers prepare the fireworks and lit it in the street and watch other fireworks through the window.

Equal Rights, Equal Opportunities

The terms “the equality of opportunity” and “equal opportunity” are interchangeable, with occasional slight variations: “the equality of opportunity” has more of a sense of being an abstract political concept, while “equal opportunity” is sometimes used as an adjective, usually in the context of employment regulations, to identify an employer, a hiring approach, or law. Equal opportunity provisions have been written into regulations and have been debated in courtrooms.

Discrimination towards women, is one of the most pervasive human rights violations. It severely limits the ability of women, girls and the communities they live in to protect and promote their health.

I think this feeling that I have for people and the importance of behaving in a way which is respectful to people of all colors, shapes, sizes and religions goes back a very long way, possibly to my mother and father in very early stages of childhood.  We must respect each others right to choose a collective destiny, and the opportunity to develop the legal and political rights for indigenous and non-indigenous peoples so that we may enjoy the rights to maintain our culture, our heritage and our land, as a united country.  The true essence of reconciliation is more than making friends with non-indigenous people.

The General Usage of the Mother Tongue

The General Usage of the Mother Tongue, denotes not only the language one learns from one's mother, but also the speaker's dominant and home language..
Mother Tongue is our first language or this is our native language. It’s a duty and responsibility to preserve it and pass it down from generation to generation. Mother language has a very powerful impact in the formation of the individual.Since we are child we had now our language. Our first language, the beautiful sounds of which one hears and gets familiar with before being born while in the womb.

RESPONDING TO CLIMATE CHANGE

The Philippines has experienced temperature spikes brought about by climate change. It has been observed that warming is experienced most in the northern and southern regions of the country, while Metro Manila has warmed less than most parts. In addition, the regions that have warmed the most (northern Luzon, Mindanao) have also dried the most. Largest precipitation trends are about 10 percent during the 20th century.Hot days and hot nights have become more frequent. Extreme weather events have also occurred more frequently since 1980. These include deadly and damaging typhoons, floods, landslides, severe El Niño and La Niña events, drought, and forest fires. Adversely affected sectors include agriculture, fresh water, coastal and marine resources and health.
“Climate change is the most significant challenge facing public policy-makers today".“The map highlights areas in the region that have recently experienced climate-related risks such as tropical cyclonesChange knows how to be a word with the intention of seeing such a huge plan as soon as it is directed to an important person. How "change" be able to modify your life well again. Next to the further end of the field, the word "change" can generate fright and confrontation in a short time if someone says “you must achieve it”. Otherwise, it can be hold in your arms and received by means of choosing to shift to the fore with a stance of thankfulness and admiration for the chances that change can fetch to the value of your living. Whether you're playing with the scheme that wishes to be done have previously made the conclusion that gear must be done in a different way, or moved to stroke to produce a different product, change becomes piece of the equation. Change happens in every areas of life.
